I offer specialized support for teachers, first year professionals, caretakers, and recovering perfectionists. If you have a wonky schedule, I have a flexible option.

Session Frequency

I offer 45-55 minute sessions at a pace that works best for your nervous system. We want healing in the therapy room and outside of the therapy room.

Cost & Location

I’m in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and can see anyone in South Carolina virtually! Car, classroom, office - I’ve done it all.
