What It’s Like to Work Together
Therapy with me feels like sitting down in a cozy chair, unraveling the knots of your week, and stitching together a plan that actually supports you.
We’ll work at the pace your nervous system needs—slow, steady, and sustainable.

Format + Structure
Session Type
Sessions are 45 minutes (if you need a check in during your planning period, 30 minutes works too!).
Session Frequency
During the school year we meet biweekly, and then in the summers we meet 3 weeks on, 1 week off for deep nervous system reset.
Cost & Location
I’m in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and can see anyone in South Carolina virtually! Car, classroom, office - I’ve done it all.
